3rd INDO-ARAB CULTURAL FESTIVAL - 2009.

Kerala Social Centre (KSC) is pleased to announce 3rd Indo-Arab Cultural Festival due to commence on 26th February 2009, which will continue till 07th March, 2009
The Indo-Arab Cultural Festival is organized under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, U.A.E. Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research. Kerala Social Centre - a registered Organization - functioning in Abu Dhabi since 1978, has played a significant role in preserving socio-cultural morale of the non-resident Indians in the U.A.E. In the past, the centre has actively involved in the social life of the Indian community in this part of world and also has taken lead role to render charity services, when and where it was required
We take this opportunity to appreciate and thank your moral support and commitment towards the Centre. It is beyond words to express our sincere gratitude for your financial contributions, moral support in the past and for your physical presence to most of our major programs
As we are conducting an event of this magnitude, it is our pleasure to have mass participation not only from India, but from the local community and the Arab world as well. Ambassadors of India and different Arab countries, diplomats and high dignitaries and intellectuals are expected to attend this year’s festival, which will definitely add more charm, perfection and enthusiasm to our attempt. Mr. Ahmed Shabeeb Al Dhaheri, Deputy speaker (Federal National Council), Mr. D. Raja (Member of Parliament from Tamil Nadu), Mr. C. Radhakrishnan (Novelist), Mrs. K. Ajitha (Social worker and activist from Kerlala), Mr. Fadhil Saeed Al Muhairi (Film director, U.A.E)., Mr. Toms, (Famous cartoonist) etc. have already confirmed their participation
A series of programs, reflecting the age old Indo - Arab relationship have been organized in connection with the Cultural Fest. Variety of colourful cultural and artistic shows, film shows, seminars, interactive sessions and literary events like poetry night, short story night are some of the other highlights of the event.
Effort is on to make this year’s festival a remarkable one. Kerala Social Centre is pleased to invite you to the inaugural ceremony of the 3rd INDO ARAB CULTURAL FESTIVAL on Thursday, the 26nd Feb. 2009 at 7.30 P.M. and for the subsequent cultural programs that follows till 7th March 2009
